I was planning to grab an Uber or Lyft to the YMCA for a quick workout while they worked on my car, but Jonathan actually offered to drive me there himself — seriously above and beyond! He also took the time to explain what needed to be done to keep my car safe, without trying to sell me on unnecessary stuff (which I really appreciate as a college student on a tight budget haha).
